| [Brief Description] | With the continuous development and popularization of brushless motors to the market, the higher power and higher rev versions of brushless motors are also constantly being manufactured and released to the market, when higher-RPM brushless motors are used with the gearbox, the higher frequency of the friction between gears will cause the gearbox overheated much easier compare to the low RPM operation, moreover, the overheating will decrease the quality of the gear oil and cause the lubrication issue, therefore, how to effectively cool the gearbox within a tiny space and make it work more stably was a great challenge for us, but now, we have the solution for this issue!
C-40 cooling pad is specially designed to work with our GTM-1V and GTM-D2L series gearboxes, it was designed with two powerful 40 series cooling fans installed side by side on a precisely laser cut Acrylic mounting plate that flawlessly assembles to the gearbox, This creative design of an air cooling kit with dual powerful cooling fans effectively keep the gearbox temperature down at all time during high-speed operation, and it is very reliable with require minimal maintenance which not only helps to ensure the longevity of the gearbox system but also helping to maintain the quality of the lubrication oil inside. With its compact construction, it smartly uses the free space in your RC boat that is not effecting your other parts installation, C40 cooling pad is the perfect solution for the Arrow Shark gearbox series that works with high power and rev brushless motors, it effectively reduces the heat build-up in the gearbox, helps stabilize the gearbox operating, and extends the life of the gears, improves the overall RC boat performance. The control device for the C-40 is another innovative design from Arrow Shark, it is dual functions switch, click the switch to the “on” side, and it is manual control, the cooling fan will start to function immediately, click the switch to the “off” side and plug the signal wire into your receiver, then, it will become remote control, whichever receiver slot you plug the wire in, then, the C-40 will be controlled by that channel, this means even your RC system is an older type of two-channel version, you can still use C-40 by its “manual control” function. The C-40 control box is powered by a 3S LIPO battery with an XT60 connector, the box is using 3D printing technology which is not waterproof, there are two XH2.54 female connectors out of the control box, Therefore, you can use this control box to control two devices, one for the C-40, one for any other of our cooling product such as C-60 battery cooling pad Or E2X cooling pump. |
