| [Product Description] | X-60 the first 60cc twin inline marine engine Arrow Shark has developed and manufactured, it has took us well over two years to complete this project, it was not easy, but we did it!
Arrow Shark is very proud to introduce this 60cc of X-60 Marine engine, a totally revolutionary design power-plant that specially developed for our 2020 large scaled RC boat line. This X-60 new marine engine equips with exclusive design of six transfer ports cylinder for the ultra-smooth performance, and the “sleeve” alike type inner wall that delivers the effective support to the piston for the reliable performance. X-60 has a extraordinary design of twin inline reed crankcase, which was precisely constructed and manufactured by CNC engineering technology for the accuracy dimension and rigidity quality to ensure the smooth performance. The reed crankcase engine has many advantages compare to traditional two-stroke engines, besides of achieving higher crankcase pressure or better idling ability, the most important benefit is the positioning of the reed valve with carbon fiber petals installed in the crankcase effectively increases the airflow and cuts off the extra fuel back-flowing and makes carburetion more efficient. the billet reed valve works seamlessly with our pro-mod M-39X barrel-type carburetor that pushes an excellent level of air and mixes with the fuel to combustion chamber for the power. The exceptional design of throttle control device positions the carburetor's low speed needle on the top which makes the needle adjustment more convenience than never before, the carburetor barrel adapting arm teams up with an integrated hi-torque metal gear servo makes this set up most effective and accurate to manipulate the acceleration. A 1mm+ full circle well balanced inline crankshaft is used in X-60 for more stroke, as the full circle crankshaft not only offers low-vibration for the engine, also occupies more volume in the crank-case, that creates higher compression pushes the rev range wider in order to produce the more true horsepower and torque for the engine. To efficiently cool the X-60, the fresh design of billet water jacket and X-Cooler water flange are more than competent for the job, the huge water capacity of both X-cooler and water-jacket with triple sealing design that absolutely to keep the X-30 cool and performing at any peak power during high speed runs without any possibility of leaking. For the advance package set up, we specially develop a billet turbo box as the custom exhaust system for X-60, the turbo box was precisely CNC machined and design with two separate power outlet chamber to avoid the airflow collides that effects the engine output power, the turbo box also designed with the superiors cooling capability that equips with large room for the water flowing. |
