After months of development from conception to finishing, Arrow Shark is extremely proud to introduce this extraordinary design of Smart Tank series to all of our customers worldwide, the unique structure of combination material from the billet and stainless steel, makes this product truly Out of the ordinary. The both material of stainless steel and T6 aluminum have stable physical and chemical properties, excellent corrosion resistance to gasoline, and it has high strength, elegance appearance, it offers high impact and strong seismic performance when they united. The mirror polished stainless steel square body was precisely inlaying into the square grooves on the front and back billet plate and securing with anti-gas Epoxy glue for the leaking-free and corrosion protection, the structure makes the main body not only attractive, but also the most rigidity gas tank available in the mart yet! The exclusive design of detachable front billet cover allows you to do the maintenance when it is needed, just simply unscrews the 12 bolts, you can easily open the front cover, and do the cleaning or changing the gas tubes, there was a built-in gas filter attached to the gas outlet tube, allows for the clean gas delivery without installation an external filter. The exclusive design of billet refueling port enable you to do the refill from outside of the hull with convenience, and the clever design of gas level guider that located on the right side of the tank body allows a clear visual of how much gas has left and how much more to refill till the tank is full. The Smart Tank comes with 4 stainless steel brackets in 90 degree angle, along with 4 isolation rubbers to minimize the vibration from the boat, the 4 of stainless steel brackets require to be bent individually to match to your hull angle, after the angles are fixed in all four brackets, install it back to the Smart Tank front and back plates along with the isolation rubbers, and place the tank into the hull in proper position, then, securing the brackets with Epoxy AB glue inside of the hull till the glue drys. Install the billet refueling port on the deck of the hull aligns to the position of gas refilling 90 degree nipping that installs on the front cover, and connects the refueling port and refilling nipping together by using the gas tube that comes with the kit. The Mirror-1000 is the medium size gas tank among the Smart Tank series; the maximum of capacity is 1000cc, and best suit for the single cylinder engine of the mono hull application. The innovative design of the Smart Tanks with the amazing appearance and it is durability are not any of existing gas tanks could contrast with. |
